A Trip to Kent Police

‘Be the change you want to see’
On 27/10/22, a group of young people from the Elevated Minds team visited Kent Police Station. Due to the success of the Elevated Aspirations, a police work experience insight, a selected few who participated in the programme were invited to Kent to share their experiences and their thoughts about policing.
The young people discussed the Elevated Aspirations Programme and how it has benefited them and the officers involved. As a result of the Elevated Aspirations Programme, one is now joining the Cadets and Two have signed up for the PDCA. The rest are continuing their studies and preparing for University.
It was a great experience to visit. Thank you for inviting us to Kent police and thank you to our young people.
